The chapter meets on the Third Tuesday of each month, at Haywood Community College in the Juniper Building (Classroom 6105). Meetings start at 6:30 pm. 1 CEU program is available at each meeting. 

 

The chapter helps local community charities by collecting items that may be needed. In the past we have done school supplies for local elementary schools, feminine products for the middle and high schools, food for the pantry, and items for R.E.A.C.H.

Our chapter works closely with students from the Haywood Community College medical assisting program and their SAMA (Student Association of Medical Assistants) club.

 

We invite all students to attend monthly meetings. Our chapter awards a $400 scholarship to a second-year student each year, selected from applicants.
